she did here scooling in the mubai till here 9th and she continud here studies in muscat indian school.

Acting and modeling careershe was discovered by by Suresh Natrajan in his set,from there she started here career in acting and modeling.
at 21 she won TV talent hunt contest held by chanell [v]. later she hosted many shows in chanell[v]. she made a tamil movie opposite Vishal Krishna. she is also sharing screen space with Telugu actor Pawan Kalyan.

Miss india contest.
she was in miss india 2007 contest (contesten 18 ).. In the final round, the winning question put to the five finalists was "If you had to convince a rural woman to participate in the Miss India contest, how would you do it?" The winning answer from Sarah-Jane Dias was I would first remind her that she has every right to such privileges as a Miss India would have.If she wins she could go back to her village and the improvement she would bring about would make the achievement of the pageant irreplaceable.

"Shortly after the release of Game, I received a call from my local management team informing me that Vishnu was directing a film with Pawan Kalyan. I was familiar with both the names, considering they are very popular in the Telugu film industry. I was narrated the script, and  found the film to be interesting."

"There are so many heroines who work in the South Indian industry and cannot speak the language. So who am I to find it difficult? Frankly, it was very easy. Also, I believe if you put your mind into something, it can never be difficult. I don't know the Telugu or Tamil. However, Telugu is definitely a much easier language in comparison to Tamil,"
